Description
This is an actual photo taken on Black Mountain, North Carolina. It is a close up of a branch. It looks like a Pan figure on the right playing a flute or holding up like an opera mask and a dancing figure on the left on top of a mushroom. Also, behind the head of the Pan figure is a triangle divided into smaller triangles with faces in each of these. There are many half hidden other faces in this. This was taken about a year ago.

Hi, Julie, thanks for your comments. My family has ties with the Lake Waccamaw Native Americans, People of The Falling Star, of which I think may have a little connection with the Lakhota Sioux. Love your art, by the way. I have several other photos like these I will post in the next couple of days.

My Father, who was Lebanese and Lakhota Sioux always told me that when you looked at a photo/ painting and if you see images and faces in them..the Spirit World is trying to communicate with you..I did read your biography and a similiar situation happened to me..after years of battling a very rare diseae..I had a near death experience in 2007 and when i came home from the hosptial after 4 months..these very strong..mostly Native Images would wake me up and I had to go into the studio to paint them and tell their story..mostly in poetic form..I still continue to paint at least 2-3 images a day and have been putting them into book form...I see many faces and playful figures in this photo..You have been to a place that not many people have or at least be open too..It is a gift and I thank you for sharing it..I look forward to seeing more of your work..Wopila tanka...many thanks..may you always keep your heart and spirit filled with Hope.
